Refund Policy

Please contact our Customer Support staff at info@findyourmakeupproducts.com  if you wish to cancel an order that has been sent but not yet delivered. If you cancel an order that has already been given over to the courier firm by us, they may still try to deliver it. Please refuse the delivery of the order.

We will reimburse your money within 14 business days after we receive the product(s) and verify their packaging/condition.

If you cancel before your order is shipped, we will refund you within 24-48 hours of receiving your cancellation request.

We conduct the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse in the case of cancellation after the cargo has already been issued or if it is being returned.

The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us getting the products back if you paid with credit/debit cards or net banking. It could take another 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We shall execute a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing data supplied by you for cash on delivery transactions. After we receive the products and your bank information via email, we will complete the process within 24-48 business hours. The amount will take an extra 2-3 business days to appear in your account.

Discount vouchers are only valid for one usage and will be treated as utilised even if the order is cancelled. If you used loyalty points to pay for an order, they will be paid back to your account if you cancel it.

Is it possible to return a portion of my order?

Yes. You can create a return at the item level, and if you ordered many products, you can return/replace/refund any individual item. Any product being returned, however, must be returned in its entirety, including all components and any additional gifts or products that came with it.
